tell them not to transfer you to file an insurance claim. if they want to, ask for a supervisor and explain to them what the deal is.

To solve that, make sure you turn your phone OFF at least once every day. Off and Back on. That's it. It cycles the updates Cingular sends to your sim card, which is something Motorola phones cannot do properly. They will stop working normally after about three days, and completely after ten.
Nokia phones also do this, but they take up to three or four weeks.
Another suggestion is to get an Axalto 64k sim card. This will most likely solve the Call Failed issue.
As far as the camera, I'd have to actually see and handle the phone to help you out with that.

By the way, the rep decided to tell me that I shouldn't be upset about getting the phone that I want because I am eligible for an upgrade. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? If I was a regular customer I would have ripped him apart. IF I WANTED TO BUY A NEW PHONE THEN I WOULD. Well, I guess that I did, hehe. But I want a working, comparable phone in place of my 6230. Botton Line.

she put me on hold came back and said there is absolutly nothing to replace my v551 and proceeded to try to give me another damn v551.
correct me if im wrong but isn't the razr the closest thing to a v551? don't u actually give up a few features like video, edge....
i don't want a razr but at the least she could of helped me out.

i tried speaking to a csr last night and she said they have phones they can sell me for like $75 dollars but she couldn't find the list and neither could anyone else. so she said she will be calling me back today. i don't know what phones they'll be offering but they better be goo...
