Go Customer Care! Good job

this probably only relates to a few people out there.. but i was going through my charge backs for features and i noticed something great.. a customer of mine called in to care and wanted more text.. she curently had the 4.99 200 texts.. so some nice Customer care rep changed it to the 9.99 and kept it in my name! go figure 😁 as many of us RSC's know this is 70% of feature charge back is customers doing this.. so again thanks for all the CSR's out there who do this.. we all thank you and appreciate it 🙂
