idk if we're allowed to talk about contests but i have a few questions..

there's like 2 contests for cingular customers the Madonna one and the NCAA one.

why does it say:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.


If in the rules it says " Upon each download, you will receive one (1) entry into the promotion"

???

does that mean if we purchase a ringtone.. or graphic.. that's not an entry to the contest ?

also, if you go to
