The current rebates end on November 19th...

As far as what will be on the next set of rebates, I do not know.

You asked about a one year contract.

Cingular does NOT offer rebates on one year contracts.

So what do you want more, the rebate, or the one year contract?

Because you can not have both.

In my first reply I stated that they do not do one year contracts, which they do.

I meant to state that they do not offer rebates for those contracts.

My bad.

That form is only valid for the Northeast. It's form 77130 and goes to a box 3167.

The form for the Southeast, Central, and West markets is form 77129 and goes to box 3151. This one is valid on 1 yr, 2 yr, and go phone.

I don't know who this other guy is, but stores DO offer rebates on one year contracts. The only difference between a 2 and a 1 year contract is the phone will cost you $50 more for a 1 year. Maybe not all stores will give you the rebate on the 1 year, but all stores in my market do.

Our market (Dallas) gives rebates on 2 yr, 1 yr, and no commitment (GO Phone service).

We had to start charging $75 more on a 1 yr contract than a 2 yr after 9-1-05 to make any money though. ☹️

Arkansas Market. And we, as well as Dallas market, give rebates for 2, 1, and No commit. Like I said, each market will vary.
