I was actually talking to rumpole with that comment. but the phone is for sale on the Nokia site, you can order it with a Cingular plan for $249.00.

Unwad your panties girls. Here's the answer that was given to me in response to my question in the previous post.
"In addition to what others have said...Nokia is supposed to working thru the various glitches (call logs deleting upon shutdown, phone asking for sim contacts to reloaded upon startup, BT connection problems, phone will periodically freeze if several apps are open at the same time, phone will also run out of memory if more than two apps are running in the background, etc...)
Until the software patch is ready (rumored to be out around the Christmas Holiday), they don't want to keep getting inquiries until the phone is ready again..."
It's off the Cingular website where I live, I can't find it in any of the stores in the a...
