i did that before. i am getting billed for the bow wow - fresh azimiz and when i or someone calls my phone all you hear is ring ring so i cancelled it and the guy said they are not out yet! AND CANT GIVE A DATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRUUUUUGH!!!!!! 😡

They will be out when they are out. They don't (and shouldn't) give dates because if (read: When) something goes wrong, people just get pissy that they missed the date. Patience is a virtue!

The service is undergoing testing. While you can dial *TONES to listen to whats available I would advise against activating it. Currently in the NTX area callers will be able to hear the answertone, but your phone will not ring.. at all. Disabling the answertone will cause your number to go straight to the "The number you are trying to call is unavailable" message. If you've already gotten this far, just reboot your phone to fix it.
