My phone is dying and they have a Nokia 3120 Refurb for 29.99...
Can I just get a GoPhone, not renew the minutes, just put my SIM in it and go about my business?

Where can you buy that phone for $29.99? If you can do it without paying more for new service (we require first month of service be paid for Go Phone service) go for it.

It's not bad, but you can find better phones for not much more if you are willing to go refurb or used.
