to add on to the previous question, would maximum allownce for spectrum in an area make cingular sell some of the overlapping spectrum the may result in the aquisition of attws, or would the coverage just overlap?

We will have to sell some spectrum in some overlap areas.
How much, and where, is up to the FCC. There is a cutout clause in the deal if we have to sell too many assets to get approval-- I would guess that this includes spectrum.
