LOYAL CUSTOMERS CAMPAIGN!!!!!!!!!

😁 I think loyal Cingular customers of more than 5 years should get a break on the price of the v600 especially after waiting almost 2 years for it.
I think $150.00 would be more reasonable.

WHAT DO YOU THINK CINGULAR CUSTOMERS??????????

i think since i have been a loyal customer of my cable company for over 5 years, i should get a break on my cable bill

also, i'm gonna call my gas company and ask them for cheaper gas since i have been with them for 5 years

and since i have owned Chevy cars for 12 years, i'm gonna ask for a 50% dicount on my next vehicle.

That would be nice.

Regardless of what is nice, or even "fair", Cingular cannot afford customer loyalty if it means making deals to the extent that we are losing money on your account.

If you want to be rewarded, get a bigger plan-- customers with a basic plan cost of $75 or more get to upgrade more often. This is because we make enough money from providing them service to afford the special deal. Sheer length of service is Noe, but does not directly relate to profit. We need profit to...

I think Jinx7676 hit the nail on the head with his rebuttle. The cellular phone industry has gotten TOO carried away with the word "free". Everyone who would walks into my stores ask for free this and free that. I do take into consideration that customers have been around and have stayed dedicated to Cingular and SWB, etc. I also realize that in most markets, cell phone customers have multiple choices to carry their cellular service. Yes, customers who are loyal to Cingular do get perks.

For example, in my market (West Texas), a mailer was sent to 10,000+ Cingular customers letting them know, that if they upgraded, their $18 act. fee would be waived, regardless if they signed another 1 or 2 year contract. Don't forget that Cingular cuts y...
