So far good things to say about this device. I have already sold 2 of them. When you tell parents that it is practically impossible to go over their minutes, they can't say no.

Anyone think it is a mofo to get it open to put the SIM card in? Also, they don't seem to come with a partial charge like most phones do out of the box.

i agree with it all, difficult to get the sim in and yes all 10 i got in were dead, a little charge would be nice

i did my first one last night and difficult to get sim in is an understatement the instrutions also dont make it easy to set up "mom and dad " keys i already broke the first on getting housing open.

that sucks. we have the lg migo and they aren't to hard to get open and stuff. course we don't have sim cards either. but we have had a great response to this phone as well. so i guess these style phones had more of a market need than a lot of people thought. when they were first announced there were some angry people saying companies were trying to get people younger and younger (like we're tobacco companies).

Boooo! I hear this is a wonderful phone and it is being held from launch in the west. I could sell one of these with every sale if we had them.
