i took the time out to look at the firefly user reviews. unfortunately there ARE NONE!!! just people giving opinions that should be in the phones forum.

According the CSP "Firefly does not support voice mail and message waiting indicator. Voicemail should be removed as a feature at the time the account is set up"

hell no. either you program it in the phone book, pauses, pass word and all or dial from a different line.

The phone itself is confusing as hell to program the first few times... it's a good thing we program some of the numbers for the parents in our store.. or else they would return it and get a reg phone.
