Help - SIM cards and transferring contact lists?

I've done a search for this but haven't found an exact answer. Basically I had a Motorola T721 (originally AT&T) and have upgraded to a LGC2000.

I have stored all my contacts on the Motorola on the phone itself and old SIM card too. But when I put the old SIM into the new LG phone, it says "phone restricted" and if I choose cancel it asks for a "restriction code" which I don't have.

I then tried the opposite - putting the new SIM into my old Motorola and attempting to store everything from the old phone to the new SIM. But now I get "Enter subsidy password" and again I don't have that.

Is there anything I can try (outside of manually storing every contact, 1 by 1) or do I need to go to a Cingular store? (And would a Cingular stor...
