Is it true Verizon Agents get compensated the same on New Acts and Upgrades?
My friend told me about it and I'm wondering if Cingular will ever start giving the same compensation for all packages.

I feel the same way but you know what I've learned? To keep our mouths shut because it will happen. They will reduce our compensation on new adds down to the same price as upgrades. they just keep screwing us more and more.
