ringtone download problems
Has anyone else had problems with ordering ringtones off of Medianet and downloading them with their phone?
The link gets sent to my samsung x427, but then the webpage gives me an error message that it is "not available at this time."
I've tried 4 or 5 times over the course of 3 weeks and have had to get all attempts refunded b/c it never works.
The first time I tried and failed, I called CS for the refund (now i do it online)... the rep said that "no one had been able to download anything in the last 48 hours... and there was no way to tell when the system would be up again."... Well, okay, so I waited a few days, tried again, and again a few days after that.. now it's the next month and still nothing.
Anyone else have these pro...

Are you able to get on the internet from your phone? If you are you can download directly from the phone. This worked for me a while back when I was having trouble.

Im having ringtone problems with my rokr...whenever I download ringtones and try to use them as ringtones it does not work. If i set it as a ringtone the notification_sound_ makes a sound not the ringtone i have assigned. Plz I could use some help.
