Cingular not delivering SMS
I noticed that once in a while SMS to my Cingular GSM 6230 Nokia dont get delivered. I called customer service and they acknowledged it as a known problem and gave me a $5 credit. I am just curious about two things:
1) would things be better for me if i switch to a different "Message center number"? Right now i am using +12029042030
2) is there a way for me to tell what MHz my phone is using? (800MHz/1800MHz/1900MHz) I am on unlocked Nokia 6230.

lol you have say what region you are in for us to tell you if thats the right number each market has a different "message center number" and I'lll just say..sure you've heard it before but unlock phones do not always support all of the features by the service provider IE sms MMS or data but if it has worked in the past then great

I have a locked cingular phone (moto V600) and lately i havent been able to recieve any message, whether it may be multimedia or txt
