You can buy a USB bluetooth dongle for about $30 and then just upload it from your computer.

Why would you do that when you can send it to your phone via email by emailing it to [email protected]
That is an easier way that one of the old users of this site told me back in March. Especially if your computer doesn't have bluetooth.
