Cingular gained me.
I bought a nokia 3120 refurb go phone to use with my t-mobile service. But my go phone plan is 10 cents a min plus unlimited cingular to cingular calling, which I love because I can talk endlessly to ma, who has Cingular.
So I think I will cancel my t-mobile service and just use my go phone service. Cingular, you won me over!
And! Today I bought a leather case for my phone, and the Cingular rep was super nice. Cingular, your customer service is improving! Keep up the good work!

By the way, in the future NEVER buy accessories from a Cingular store (or dealer) since you will be paying more than double over what you should have due to the excessive markup -- just buy them new on eBay from a trusted seller with excellent feedback history. 😎

Dude, you end up paying over $10 on eBay for a crappy charger that will break if touch it the wrong way.
You should buy all your accessories when you get the phone and you ask the dealer for a break on the accessories or a package deal. More likely than not, he or she will oblige.
