Former AT&T Customer Upgrading Family Plan

There are a few markets which require Blue customers to fulfill most of their Blue contract before migration. There are many more markets that don't. When you do choose to migrate, you will get the same price on a new phone as a new customer. These prices vary by market, so I can't quote anything to you an...

as of Dec no markets require that they complete 11 out of 12 or 22 out of 24 months on their contracts to upgrade.
