Powerbook + T616 + Bluetooth = Internet?
I am trying to figure out what I need to do/configure/buy or even if I can use my connect my powerbook via bluetooth to my T616 and get on the internet. I tried calling Cingular Customer Service, but did not have any luck. I spoke to 4 or 5 very nice people, but they either didn't understand what I was looking for or just had no clue.
I have all the necessary part & adapters on my powerbook to make the connection to the phone and I make this work regularly when I was with AT&T, but I have yet to figure it out with Cingular.

Computers confuse people and most TRAINERS in cust service don't know enough about the data products like they should.
If Cingular customer service is anything like our Cust serv then call cust serv back and ask to speak with DATA Tech support. The Data Tech Rep should be able to answer all your questions.
