I would call there customer service and verify it with someone over the phone if you have any doubts. Go in like you were going to order the phone and make sure you see the little "Security Lock" at the bottom of your screen...you should verify that prior to any online purchase. I personaly have not used "buy.com" myself so, frequent here for more replies of possible customers of that sight. Hope I helped a little.

NO it is not. It may say that but I did not have to upgrade or purchase new service. Add it to your cart and checkout. You may want to google around for a 15% off coupon, I was able to find one when I ordered. Good luck.

That's very good news since most of those in order to get the good pricing you need to be a first time buyer.

Buy.com is a great website. I've bought a ton of stuff from them ranging from a webcam to a portable XM radio and its all been excellent quality and delivered pretty fast.
