Can I get 850 coverage in California?
Is there anyway to program a triband(850,1800,1900) GSM phone to get 850 coverage in California? It's kind of unfair that AT&T gets to roam off Cingular in California, but not visversa. I know that if the merger goes through, this will happen. Does anyone know how long that might take? Thanks for your help.

i don't think you can program anything to make it work, but i don't know 100%. concerning the buy out, i've been told as early as november or december but most likely the first couple of months of 2005.
