text problem
i have a friend that has a cingular phone. she is unable to recieve text messages. she was able to send me one though. can someone help me figure out how to fix her phone so she can receive text messages.

check her message centre number, make sure she has at least 3 bars try swapping sims with another cingular user to see if its maybe a device or SIM issue, call CS to have tech check and see if your text profile is set up proprely in the system
