You can't get ahold of cust service at 2am. They are open from 7am-9pm your local time. Press "0" to get to a rep on any menu. If your prepaid phone is tdma, then that may be why you are slowly losing service as tdma is being converted.

CainMarko has a good idea with the whole tdma thing...it makes sense...but you should not be having that many problems with the service, especially with the whole "unusual call volume" thing at 2 am...you could try calling 1-888-327-1900, and see if you can get customer service there.
