a few weeks ago my parents bill came, and they were billed for 6 calls to 411 while roaming in Buffalo ($1.29 per call), he called and said that he never made such calls, so they gave him a one time credit, (and told him that next time it would not be waived)

he then relized afterwards (by looking on his phone, which stores under dialed calls on his phone, a list of times under that phone number) that those calls were indeed dialed at those times, but to a different number 800-555-8355 "Tell Me" (for those who dont know, its a free service with news stocks quotes etc.. http://news.com.com/2100-1033-243519.html?leg acy=cnet AT&T has it as #121 with more options)

I just got to see my bill today (online) and I was billed for 4 calls to 411 (4 made while roaming in buffalo, and 1 in syracuse) now from the call made in syracuse (which I was only driving through) I know for sure it was a call dialed to "Tell Me"

now I am going to call up on monday, but I dont just want a credit, I want this fixed, (b/c some how while roaming, it registers this number wrong..)

is anybody else having this problem?


(any tips, how to get this fixed?)

ps and for those that think it cost money to call the above number (or that it recently changed) here is just a copy of one call made to "Tell Me" (after those calls, which means it did not recently change, but is a billing error in upstate NY)
