ringtone problem with RAZR using bluetooth
while my bluetooth headset is on, my phone wont play ringtones, not even the default 'cingular tone.' it will only play a regular ringing sound like one would hear on a landline phone. when the bluetooth is turned off this is not a problem and everything plays fine. the phone is a RAZR V3, and the headset is a Plantronics Voyager 510. other than that issue i like the phone so far (only bought it a number of hours ago.) any info would be helpful 🙂

thats a normality with the v551 and razr. cant say the v557 cuz i don't own one. and i don't remember how bt and ringers worked on my rokr.

at the kickoff event, the moto rep said it's something to be resolved with new models this year. There is no way around it on current models...
