Great Customer Service Experience - SE z520a Exchange
My girlfriend bought a SE z520a last fall at Best Buy and loves her phone. She bought it there because they had the phone before any Cingular stores in our area were carrying it.
Anyway, last week, it started having all kinds of problems. No signal all day in places that used to be fine, missed calls, missed messages, phone not ringing, phone just freezing, etc. I had heard that this model had a memory leak problem and had been recalled, so I thought we'd try going into the local Cingular store and see if we could exchange it for a new phone of the same model, rather than waiting and trying to do an exchange-by-mail.

It's so funny that everyone has something to say about the negative posts and experiences, but when a good one comes up it is silent.
So happy that you were taken care of. The exception of you not having to go thru XBM was pretty much just because of this phone being what it was. Im glad that the rep went the extra mile for you.
