54.6 Million? Updated customer count?

In a news release today, the number of customers that Cingular claims to serve has increased from 54.1 million to 54.6.
Anybody know what this change is due to?

4th quarter results reflected fifty-four point something million if I remeber right, they probably just got around to updating it. It's been 52 for a long long time........

It must be a typo... if you look at the most recent news post is shows that the customer count is 54.1
