ON LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am a former ATTWS customer, and make my payments using OCS at www.cingular.com. Iattempted to make a payment tonight, and received a message that former ATTWS customer accounts are being transitioned and that OCS will not be available. (I got Messafe BC102.)

I then called 611, and made a credit card payment. I received a confirmation number. After I received the confirmation, it said my call was being routed to a rep. I asked the rep if my payment went thru (I referenced the confirmation number,) and she said that my last payment was in January.

She said "I can take your CC payment," and I said I just received a confirmation number. Does anyone know for sure if my payment went thru ??? My cycle ends on the 14th.....will I recei...
