market 35 new secret shopper system

Has anyone in market 35 (SC, NC) had problems with the newly implemented secret shopper system? I have 2 sales associates in 2 separate locations, with histories of 90% or higher, that just received scores of 35 and 47. And they followed exactly the sales checklist our Cingular RAE's provided for us. If anyone else, dealer or corporate, has had problems this week with the new system, please please let me know!

I am in market 42 (NY)and we are scared of the new reports we have not been shopped yet this month but now all the stuff that comes natural like greetings and things are not scored and things like offering accessory's (something i typically don't do this i am writing up the sale)and demoing 3 features are 10 points each. i am a indirect cingular premiere store and we normally get 90 or better also so we will see? we just got a shopper contest flyer did you guys get it in your market?

The company doing us is Shop'N'Chek Worldwide. I personally observed one sales associate follow the list point by point, she nailed everything, and she scored a 47. I call bullsh*t.

they use the same company here and i can tell you as i am sure you know already they are not always the "sharpest tool in the shed" last month they sent us a shopper report for a marc (the salesman's name was mike) and he gave her a card.i got points off for not offering my name something i always do as part of my greeting even my area rep called me to say they must be crazy

thats because they have this extreme list of stuff they have to ask but they cant carry their clipboard in the store with them or they would look obvious. and they are all retarded @$$ idiots that heard shop n check beggin for employees and they havent had a job in six months so they jumped at the chance to be employeed.

Give them the form? How do you identify them? I've been doing this for 3 years, and only once have I been able to identify a shopper when she was in the store. These people frustrate me to no end. 👿

the good ones ask the questions in a complete order. and they sometimes try to inform you of what they know about your job 🙄 . i.e. pointing oout gsm technology, new phones, phones coming out 6months from now, etc. OH! the biggest one is if the whip out a phone that came out two weeks ago from another carrier then you know they are a SS 😲 . and when you close a sale if they give some extra bootlegged excuse to why they cant purchase today, i.e. i gotta talk it over with my wife, i gotta wait till my lg9800 is outta contract with vzw in 2008 🙄 , oh and the i gotta see what the othe cingy corp. stores in the area are offering. 🙄 😲 😳 🤣

and if you ask if the're a SS they are told to say something like..........NO! wh...
