Ok I have a question about my seldom used Cingular phone (have Verizon also).
I have yet to find out or figure out how to get my name or a banner to display on the inside LCD. I also ran into this problem when I had the Samsung e317.
Is this just something that you can't do with Samsung phones?? I know it's a minor thing, but there are two people in my house with the same phone and none of us can figure it out.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think you are right about not being able to type something in there. Two suggestions, choose different wallpapers for the two phones or you can pick whether you want the carrier's logo or name to be displayed and the two of you could pick the opposite option.
