HELP-Michigan analog phone NS 12-8 each day

For all Cingular Tech Support people out there:
Have old analog Motorola 300e I purchased from Ameritech 4+ years ago. It is serviced by Cingular now. This phone has worked just fine in my local home area and up and down I-75 to Florida and North Carolina all of these years. Two months ago I started to receive NS (no service) messages when the phone was on standby from 12 noon to 8 pm each day at my house only. If I would turn the phone off and on I would have minimum signal strength but couldn't make or receive calls. If I drove from my house just 2 miles up the road I had a signal and could make calls. Interestingly, before noon and after 8 pm the signal was at full strength and I could use the phone. I called Cingular and explained th...
