Question Re: Rebates
So I want to purchase that new 8125 PDA phone and I looked at the Cingular website. My Los Angeles zip code led me to a page that showed the price as 349.99. As a test I punched in some random zip codes from around the country and found that most have a $50 rebate online. How can I get that in LA. Will Cingular stores give me the rebate? Can I just order from a different region's webpage for the rebate? I call 866-CINGULAR but *shock* the rep was less than knowledgeable and not much help.

Coop -- after looking over the rebate form it looks like on the bottom of the pdf document LA/Baker(sfield?) is excluded from the promotion. Not sure why though. âšī¸

I have had a store give me the online pricein the past. Just go in the store and ask it can't hurt, but please do be nice.

that normally bites folks in the @$$. i wouldn't try it just to get a rebate a little earlier than it offerd in his town.
