Not bad! I'm in the market for a couple Z520s, so I might go with that.
Also, Wirefly has the Z520 for free, plus a bluetooth headset. Of course, they don't say what brand of headset, and I don't know how those guys are to deal with, but it's worth noting...

I was not going to post a link to all the different rebate forms. A an example I posted the link to the NYC market rebate form. Enter your own zip on cingular.com and click on any mail-in-rebate link.
Too late, they have modified the price of the Z520 to 99.99 so it ends up being 49.99 after rebate
