I bought my wife the Pink Razr and it seems that it has two different tones of pink. It has a light
pink on the flip and battery cover, and a darker pink on the speaker portion of the phone. Is that normal?

Yes that is normal. The face and battery cover are made of aluminum and the rest is made out of plastic. thats why they look different.
