How to transfer a nextel phonebook to a new cingular phones sim card.
I switched from nextel(I95cl) to cingular recently and was wondering how do I transfer my phonebook from a nextel phone to a cingular v557?

Check out "iDENPhonebookManager.exe" from Moto. AFAIK, it's free. I just hope you have a data cable...

Heh. I guess you'd need to get those contacts from the iDEN software to the GSM software...
Motorola Phone Tools. But they CHARGE for it, and quite a bit considering what it is... $30 USD
I also found this: "IMPORTANT NOTE: This downloadable software is fully supported for Cingular and T-Mobile customers. However, portions of this software's functionality have been disabled for Verizon or Nextel customers, so Motorola Phone Tools will not work fully with phones using those carriers."
