How do i unlock my 8125 for a pay as you go overseas SIM

Hey I'll be going overseas and I want to put a Pay as you go Virgin Mobile SIM (UK) in my 8125. How do i unlock the phone so i can do this?

Good luck, because you really should have found this out before you purchased the product.

I have no clue how to do it.

just call Cingular and ask them to e-mail you the subsidy code

Put in the new sim and it will ask for the code in most instances. Best thing to do is have customer care on the line for assistance. Get ahold of a T-Mobile or whomever's SIM here in the US or wait and call Int'l customer care when you arrive. Their number is listed on the "contact us" section of Cingular.com.
