PrePaid PAYG to PYP
Is it possible to take a TDMA Pay as you go Prepaid customer and make it a GSM Pick Your Plan customer??? All with keeping the same phone number.
It just sounds like a headache...

If you find someone who knows what they are doing, it's simple. If they have a balance, you will have to transfer that over, just keep that in mind.
I'd change the technology first (Care, or Telegence?), but you'll have to have prepaid (is that still Vesta?) change the rate plan and setup the billing.
