Well PhonePimp3376. I have figured out now you come into the Verizon Forums just to blow steam. I see here that you don't want to help your own customers. Escape an irate customer? I have a solution. Send them to Verizon Wireless where we will gladly help them into a non-irate cellular phone and service.
