Bill comes from Cingular, OpeningScreen says Cingular, AT&T sim???
Looking at an older Motorola V180 to by real cheap, seller says His bill came from cingular, the opening screen on the phone says cingular but it has an AT&T sim in the phone. Anybody know for sure that I could put in my cingular sim and it would work?

The phone is probably unlocked. Cingular started to send att customers unlocked cingular phones when they did an insurance/warranty claim after they ran out of att equipment.
They also do this for businesses that need to add more lines on the att side.
