wow this is going to confuse the shi* out of customers and probably most employees. Here is the thing the old "att" was shi* horrible decision makers and thats why they went on the market, so we cingular sbc bst paid for a name a few towers . The point is the game is still going to be cingular policies and procedures. i.e underpay their employees and in turn the customers get treated like crap ! Now alot of you will say i do my job well .....congrats to you but for the most part in cs ts telesales retail its all bs . in order.... mass-market our service get them in the stores dont lie just dont tell the whole truth ...first bill call customer service and we say sorry those are valid fees and im sorry that the dick at walmart dint do his job....

Ok.. my thoughts on this too...

Going back to the att wireless name will be a mistake. Bottom line on that one. However, alot of advertising dollars will be saved by doing it.

As far as first bills go... Most stores, company or agents get a print out of what the first bill, as well as the following bills will be. The bad part is, most reps don't share these with customers, if they did, the first bill wouldn't be a surprise.

As far as your comments about walmart go... Reps at walmart and bestbuy don't get commissions on sales. The company keeps the commission. Maybe this is why alot of them(not all) don't care what happens after the sale.

If cingular wants to control the quality of service in stores, it first needs to get rid...
