Customer satisfaction guaranteed coverage and coverage where it counts for you great slogans but nobody can guarantee coverage. Us in customer service are fighting a battle we are told to set customer expectations when marketing for all of the cell phone companies are setting expectations that the service cannot live up to. Customer's pay their bill for the service they saw advertised and then find out a lot of things are not as they saw on TV. Everyone here who works in customer service for a wireless carrier understands unrealistic expectations. You have to remember that the carriers themselves have set those expectations.
