Difference between bluetooth capable and bluetooth enabled?

Is there a difference between bluetooth capable and bluetooth enabled? I looked at the SE Z520 and it is bluetooth "enabled" and the Motorola ROKR is bluetooth "capable". Are these just terms that the manufacturers use, or do they mean different things? Thanks!

nope. enabled means some features are not supported. like bluetoothing itunes songs to the phone.
