There are other places on the net to read about cell phone service quality. It seems the cingular customer service has more going against it than for it. But, if I never needed to call CS then that would not be an issue. Im just checking things out before I commit. I have a few friends on cingular that have confirmed the poor CS with their stories. I also work at a plant that employs 1500 people and of course you can hear all kinds or horror stories that must be taken with a grain of salt. But when the vast majority of reports lean in one direction that should be a red flag.
