Cingular 's Plans for the new cingular.

I work for cingular customer care and what is going to happen is there will be three types of customers. Once the merger closes
Orange- Cingular customers who have cingular price plans and use cingular services.

Blue- Customers that are AT&T customers that use thier product line and services.

CSE- Common service customers will be new activations that will be able to choose which companies plans they like.

And both companies customers will have the option of switching to yellow or blue plans.

These are the early plans for the newcingular subject to change of course.

Actually, it's ORANGE and BLUE. From what I understand, NEW customers will have the option of having a Blue(ATTWS) plan, Orange(CINGULAR) plan, or a CSE(common service experience) plan. They have 30 days to decide if that's the plan for them and make any switches. After that, the next plan change will be to a CSE plan. Existing customers will have to change to a CSE plan when they change their plan after the merger. that's the way i understand it, and i'm sure it's subject to a million changes before the first day of business.
