I guess its just me, but I always hear about customers in my area NEVER getting service. Its hard to level with them because I get service everywhere. There seriously isnt a place in my area that i dont get full signal. I dont know what everyone is whining about.

Do you know if they have 32k or 64k SIMs?

A lot of custs want it their phones to be perfect, and when they drop one lame call they freak out and want to call us to complain about it (Thanks to Alltel -for advertising the credit when they drop calls- Shoe! I'm still surprised they are still in business) Some custs call to get their credit, and then get a bad taste in the mouth when they don't...

Not sure if you are in a Care market or Telegence, but in Care markets , on the bill, under the call detail section it says 'O=Auto Dropped Call Credit'... but just like Alltel, it has to be a dropped call caused by the network, not because you traveled out of coverage area or a bad phone.

and i know, a perfectly good phone can loose power, freak out, hasn't been powered off regularly... so, i'm sorry for saying 'bad phone' - a phone issue!

it could be their phones.. sometimes if its the old tdma phones or what not it wont work that well.. remember if the phone is bad it doesnt make a difference how good the tower/network is.. its probably them.. tell them to get a new phone and stop complaining lol.
