(This was originally posted in the VZW forum yesterday as a response to the trolling activites of Anxiovert)

Hey Anxiovert - I'm a Cingular customer about to leave Cingular for VZW. You know why Cingular sucks? They would rather sign up new customers than save the ones they have, like me. The service is awful. The customer service is horrible (CSRs like yourself). I made the biggest mistake by leaving VZW for Cingular because I liked the idea of "rollover."

I've never worked for any wireless company, so I don't understand everything about these companies. However, why does Cingular offer rollover, early night & weekends, free phones, etc - and VZW doesn't?? Is it because they have to do this? Is it because they are trying to compensat...

Can't we all just get along?
These forums are for the exchange of viable information. I'm getting really tierd of employees and customers of different companies trolling on each other. If you have a real issue, post it. Several intelligent people on here can help you. If you want to bash on a company, doesn't matter which one, take it elsewhere. If you are a customer, do your homework and make a choice that's best for you. If you're an employee, stop bashing on the competitor, you just make your company and yourself look stupid. I'm about ready to ditch phonescoop because of the adolescents.

Not that anyone cares what i think, but I feel better now.......
