POS.com change
Pos.com ll went through an update on Sunday in the Dallas market and I am sure elsewhere. Funny thing now is my change rate plan button has disappeared. My RAE has submitted a trouble ticket. According to her, I am the only one so far out of all of her stores.
Has anyone else had the same problem? Out of all the buttons to omit..... 😳

My POS.com II doesnt have the rate plan change option anymore either. i would have contacted my RAE on this but he never helps so i figured someone else would get it corrected. its making it a SOB to do stuff.

No. You lucky COR bastards get all the good stuff. POS is somewhat the same as OPUS. What I would give to acess to telegence. It seems like everyone in a 50 mile radius comes to me for TOS's. Being able to do my own BAN to BAN transfers would be nice, too.

Glad to hear that I am the only unlucky store out there. Today was rate plan change day at my store....the time I spent on the phone today to do something I have always been able to do myself was rediculous.
To top it off, my view/add account note button isn't working either.
The good news it should be fixed by tommorrow. Happy selling.
