OLAM "Used Minutes"

Why is there such a big delay in the "used minutes" update? Mine are 4 days behind. Does anyone else have this problem?

when you have over 50 million customer but don't upgrade your software you use to support them, you get "small" lags...lags, yea...

this is a problem with roaming coverage. FCC requires that roaming partners have to report minutes used from their sid/bid within one month. they usually don't take the full month, but it does take a while for them do report back to cingular. try making a call when you're actually on the home network. you r minutes used will update almost instantly. if you're on roaming coverage it takes a little longer.
