No Install w/o Social Security Number

During my time in wireless several carriers had systems in place for people without social security numbers to get a post-paid account. Most times the cancellation fee was collected before the activation as a deposit. For example, Sprint still to continues to offer post paid accounts with a $150 deposit if the social security is entered as all zeros.

Do any other carriers still do this?
