The new gold network what does that mean to improving call quality?

How is the new all over network going to benefit cingy customers?

‘Gold Network’ is the internal name for market network integration.
(the combination of AWE/blue network and Cingular/orange network).
Despite what Cingular marketing would like you to believe, the ‘ALLOVER’ network didn’t mean anything after the merger. They were still two different networks operating independently and in some markets still are.

The good news is, markets that are now ‘gold’ have seen an average 20% decrease in blocks and drops and anywhere from 12% - 25% increase in monthly minutes of use.

Actually, ALLOVER Network means that data will work wherever voice will work, only one coverage map... "largest digital voice and data network'
